Statement: To provide construction projects on time, within
budget, without sacrificing quality, communication, or customer
service.
Company Goals and
Objectives: Retail Contracting, Inc., seeks to be licensed in all
50 US states which will
give us the opportunity to service our customers anywhere in the US they choose
to build a store. We will reach our first milestone by obtaining our
contractors license in all states that do not require testing. We will
be immediately legal to transact business, and service our clients in
those states, and will continue our licensing quest in those states
that require testing, until we reach our goal. Upon being licensed
nationwide, Retail Contracting, Inc., will shift its main focus from
gaining licenses, to utilizing the licenses. As our customers yearly
construction programs expand, we will also look to new retailers to
expand our customer base. As our business demand grows, our personnel
will also grow to match.

continue to deliver quality projects on time.
To whom will you market
your products? Retail Contracting, Inc., will market to national
retail chain stores that plan to open multiple stores across the
country, have a history of opening 20+ stores each year for the past 5
years, and plans to continue an aggressive push for the next 5 years.
Describe your industry.
The retail construction industry has continued to grow at a
rapid pace since the early 80’s. As new shopping centers are being
built, and leases expire on existing retail stores, there will
continue to be a need to build and remodel retail stores.
Company strengths and competencies.
Retail Contracting Inc., strengths and
core competencies are based upon the hindsight of managing over 300
construction projects in the last 10 years. Retail Contracting will
succeed by designing a critical path for each project and
communicating positives and negatives to the owners. Our major
competitive strengths are the ability to transact business nationally,
while being headquartered in one office, and the advantage of being
able to communicate via electronic mediums ensures that all decisions
can be made at virtually any time.
