We begin by partnering with clients at the contract award stage (for bid projects), and mutually agree upon the details of the project ranging from; start and completion dates, key milestone dates, on site superintendents, project documentation, project communication, and project closeout. For negotiated projects, we begin by partnering with our clients during the design stage, and work collaboratively with the owner, designer, engineers, city officials, and landlords from the point of conceptual drawing, to the reality of opening the doors of the retail store for their Grand Opening.
